Seasus has launched a Moodle-based e-learning platform for Global College Malta (gcm.edu.mt), giving the College's students and teaching staff a single, familiar home for course content, assignments and communication across its undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Moodle is one of the most widely used learning management systems in higher education, and the platform was deployed around its standard, well-established functionality rather than heavy customisation: course pages organised by module, assignment submission and grading, quizzes, discussion forums, a shared calendar and messaging between students and tutors, all in one place.
For students, that means course materials, deadlines and feedback are always in the same place, accessible from any device. For teaching staff, it means setting up a course, tracking submissions and recording grades without having to work around a patchwork of spreadsheets, email threads and shared drives.
Seasus handled the setup, configuration and deployment of the platform for Global College Malta, giving the College a proven, standards-based e-learning environment that its staff and students can rely on as it continues to grow its course offering.
