The Icarus Travel Manager is an integrated booking platform that provides operators in the travel industry with a comprehensive set of tools for incoming and outgoing booking management.
The platform is specifically tailored for traditional 'land-based' travel agents who wish to expand their operations online. It is also particularly suited for operators who currently use several stand-alone systems, or manual paper-based processes, to search for availability of services, process payments and manage bookings for the various services they provide.
The system also enables operators to seamlessly access both their own stock of services (such as allocated hotel rooms and pre-purchased flight seats) and third-party, real-time services such as flights and hotel rooms.
Developed in-house at Seasus using upcoming technologies such as Adobe Flex and Adobe Air, the platform can be deployed both as a web application (accessible through a web browser) or a an installed application resident on the users computer.

The platform is integrated with several service providers that enables users to view real-time information and directly post bookings. The system also enables operators to feed real-time information about their own stock of flight seats and hotel rooms to third parties.

- Payment Processing: Interfaces seamlessy with the Seasus Payment Gateway to provide card payment processing, together with advanced reporting and monitoring tools, such as integration with financial packages, customer support on bill enquiries, transaction history and charge back handling.
