The Seasus eBridge Web Site Management system provides advanced tools for easy, quick and reliable administration of all web site content and functionality.

The first version of this application was developed in-house by Seasus in 2001 and since then evolved into a full-fledged modular framework, handling all aspects of online content, user and functionality managements.

Currently in its fourth version, eBridge has been deployed on projects ranging from from high-volume traffic online gaming web sites to small flash-based sites, and has proven to be an extremely flexible and dependable tool for the day-to-day management of such portals. The application provides all necessary tools for all partakers in the project, from Content Administrators to IT specialists.

The following is a overview of functionality provided through eBridge Modules:

 Administration

This module enables Web Site Managers to administer staff accounts, by:

  • creating or deleting administrator accounts
  • granting or revoking access rights and functionality privileges
  • monitor administrator and user activities
  • refine administrator account settings

 Content Management System

Update all content in the portal, easily, efficiently and securely, including text in multiple languages, images, video, audio and animations. This is be used by administrators to manage all textual, graphical and multimedia content of the portal. Different administration account access rights can be assigned to different administrators in order to provide access limited to the area or function of competence, together with an advanced accountability and auditing methodology. The system also caters for dynamic content acquired from various database or other sources so information such as rates, offers, FAQs etc. A publishing procedure can also be set up in order to ensure that edited or added content is reviewed through a control hierarchy prior to its live publication.

This module enables web site administrators to provide real-time online customer support or sales through various communication channels, including:

 File Management

Administer (upload, update, remove) online file repositories for downloadable documents, images and media files. All commonly used file types in web environments are supported.

This module serves as an interface between the web portal and payment gateway provider, together with advanced reporting and monitoring tools, such as integration with financial packages, customer support on bill enquiries, transaction history and charge back handling.

 Reporting

This module provides advanced, customisable and exportable reports on all salient aspects of the web portal, such as error logging, staff and registered user access logging. Custom reports can be developed to accommodate for specific client requirements.

 User Management

Administer and monitor registered user accounts. This tool is particularly useful to provide customer support and enable users to manage their portal account online.

 Web Site Visitor Statistics

Provides advanced reporting on web site activity based on web server logs in tabular and graphical formats. These reports can be generated in real-time for custom date ranges and exportable for use in marketing reports or similar. Information provided includes:

  • Page views by page, URL, day, hour or IP address
  • Visits by day and IP address
  • Referrers by domain, host, URL, page and extension
