Europlay.com Unveil Beta of Ground Breaking Mobile Gaming System

Europlay today released the first public beta version of an innovative low-stakes games platform enabled for both mobile phone and the Internet environments.

The Europlay game is based on a patented algorithm and packaged in a very easy to play format with an instant response for each player’s wager. There are no tickets to purchase or wait days or weeks to know the outcome of the bet.

The patented Europlay game is based on a simple principal – the first to reach the GATE property set on a prize pool wins!! It can also be described as an electronic version of an instant lottery.

Seasus was commissioned at the end of 2006 to develop the gaming platform for Europlay, together with all the supporting functionality such as online payment processing, back office management, interface integration for mobile and internet environments and server co-location

The game consists of a collection of prize pools, each with a basic set of properties, namely: FUND, LEVEL and GATE. When a round of play is initiated by a bet from a player, each prize pool is FUNDED by a percentage of the bet and added to the fund property of that pool. If one or more prize pools reaches or exceeds a pre-set value in the GATE property, the respective prize pool yields a payout equal to a pre-set gate property (e.g. Prize Pool 2 = gate property/value of €10).

Each bet placed enters a queue with other bets and each bet is funding a bit of the pool pushing up the LEVEL. If your bet is the lucky one to make the level reach the gate property you are the one to win the pool.

A bet in this game refers to the amount the player wishes to submit in any given ‘round’ and is comparable to the purchase of a ticket for a traditional instant lottery, or scratch cards.

Additionally part of your bet goes into another ‘jackpot’ type pool and if you are lucky enough you could win the Jackpot.

Europlay has chosen to obtain a Maltese license because of the rigorous licensing and monitoring process carried out by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta. Their systems have been tested and been accepted by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority.
