We categorise merchants into 3 main categories:
Low risk merchants
Mainstream e-commerce operators that can process through any acquiring bank.
High risk merchants
Sell products or provide services that have a relatively high risk of fraud on credit card based payments. In general, these merchants may have relatively high chargeback volumes or carry extended fulfillment and delivery times. These are reviewed on a case by case basis and additional documentation may be required.
